The series is basically the standard story about a government who has ultimate control and the people who want to take that control back.
Having said that, I liked the characters enough to keep going with it which I think is a good indication of the fact that the characters are likeable. The whole book could have been done in less than half of the pages it took and it got a bit tedious.
While I enjoyed the Matched series, I did find that the second book dragged on a bit. When they die.īut as Cassia finds herself falling in love with another boy, she is determined to make some choices of her own.Īnd that’s when her whole world begins to unravel … In Cassia’s society, Officials decide who people love. Society dictates he is her perfect partner for life.
